WHat is a ROTa NANny?

Rota nannies work in conjunction with one other nanny or a team of nannies on a rotation basis to ensure your child typically receives 24 hour care. The length of care can vary depending on the needs on each family.

A rota nanny must have a minimum of an eleven hour break between shifts, (If the nanny working hours 8am - 7pm. The earliest start time the next dat would be 6am).

ROTA NANNY Credentials

  • Minimum of 3 years childcare experience

  • Minimum level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent

  • Hold a DBS Enhanced Certificate

  • Paediatric first aid certified

  • Valid passport | Visa | to live and work in UK


ROTA NANNY Salary

A full time accomplished nanny is highly experienced and skilled childcare professional with a minimum 3 years experience.  

Gross monthly salary range £4,000 -  £6,000+

Gross yearly salary range £48,000 - £72,000+
